Sal Misseri
Founder & Creative Director
Sal Misseri is one of the most decorated and versatile hairstylists working today, recognized at the highest level in haircutting, color, men's work and editorial. He is a Davines Global Artist; from 2016 to 2020 Davines brought him in to work on new product launches — including The Century of Light, the bleaching system Davines released in 2018 — and to train the brand's North American hair colour education team. He has been recognized 17 times by the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA), won NAHA Newcomer of the Year in 2012, became the youngest stylist ever nominated for NAHA Master Hairstylist of the Year, and has won at the Irish Hairdressing Awards, Behind the Chair's Big Shot Awards (Creative Colorist) and America's Beauty Show Global Image Awards, including multiple Leo Passage trophies for best overall look, and has taught hairdressers in more than nine countries, including Japan and South Africa. His work has been featured on Vogue’s website, and he has been interviewed by GQ and other magazines. He founded Kaizen Education to pass a career's worth of technique on to the next generation of stylists and salon owners.

Vicki O'Connor
Master Colorist & Color Educator
With more than 20 years behind the chair, Vicki is one of Chicago's most accomplished colorists. She began as a Davines master trainer, and Sal Misseri coached and developed her for more than a decade before bringing her to Reverie, where she now helps train the color team. For Kaizen, she doesn't just do color at the highest level — she teaches it.

Sydney Misseri
Artistic Director, Haircutting
Sydney has perfected her craft since 2009 — trained at Sassoon, sharpened at London's HOB Salon, and mentored by artists including Allen Ruiz, Lupe Voss and David Adams. She trained for two years exclusively alongside Sal, traveling for editorial shoots, runway and shows, and now coaches stylists across the country with precision, warmth and creative vision.

Kerra Coticchia
Artistic Director, Hair Styling
Kerra takes a realistic approach to styling, considering each guest's lifestyle and personal style when shaping a cut, style or makeup look. Alongside her cosmetology license she holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising, and her education includes Sassoon ABC cutting, Sharon Blain styling boot camps and an intensive with Vivienne Mackinder. Kerra trained solely with Sal for two years, has managed Kaizen Bridal, and won Best Men's Look in the Stars Photo Competition.

Maria Korinek
Bridal, Styling & Extensions Educator
Maria is the stylist Chicago's most discerning brides trust with their most important day, and she leads both bridal and extensions at Reverie. Recognized by the PBA Beacon Awards and nominated for a Behind the Chair Hot Shot award, she brings an editorial eye and meticulous detail to every updo and bridal look — and teaches the calm, reassuring craft of special-occasion styling.

Hana Gashi
Stylist & Educator
Hana has worked backstage at New York Fashion Week in 2022 and 2023, with work featured on Vogue's website. After a rigorous five-year apprenticeship she traveled with Sal for Kaizen Education. A full-service stylist with an editorial sensibility, she is one of the most thoughtful, detail-obsessed artists you will meet.

Marissa White
Color & Curls Educator
Marissa spent more than three years training intensively under Sal, assisting and traveling to develop expertise across the full spectrum of color. A Douglas J Aveda Institute graduate, she is set apart by her work with curly hair — she understands how curls behave and how color reads on texture.

Anca Morar
Stylist & Makeup Artist
Anca has been in the industry since 2015, after graduating from the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Chicago, and completed a two-year apprenticeship under one of Reverie's artistic directors. She has traveled from New York to Las Vegas leading makeup and assisting hair styling for the Kaizen Education team.
